Dance, music, art demonstrated during festival for Chinese New Year

Chinese international students and the International Education office hosted a festival for the Chinese New Year Saturday. Attendees enjoyed a traditional meal and stayed to watch an evening of cultural performances. These included traditional dances, vocal and musical performances, a karate demonstration and a sand art performance. In between performances, audience members learned trivia facts about China and Chinese culture and could answer quiz questions for a chance to win prizes.
