Mild weather is allowing concrete work to continue on the UNK Fountain project. The next steps are the removal and replacement of some sidewalks. The attachment above shows the restricted areas (red) and the alternate walking routes (green).
Scheduled work includes the following dates:
Wednesday, November 20: Sidewalk removal, and site excavation + plumbing
Thursday, November 21: Continuing excavation
Friday, November 22: Site grading and sidewalk forming
Saturday, November 23: Completion of forming, and sidewalk pours
Monday, November 25: Removal of forms, opening of sidewalks.
