UNK removes early move-in option for fall semester

UNK is returning its fall move-in process to normal after it expanded its safety measurements and move-in period last fall to ease the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The change was welcomed this fall, when it allowed some students to experience campus before the semester started.

Journalism maintains democracy, changes the world

I often think of a quote by Andrew Vachss that says “Journalism is what maintains democracy. It’s the force of progressive social change.” I have been involved in journalism for quite a few years, but out of all the positions I have worked under, none of them were as interesting as working as a reporter.
Grace Tolstedt, Tatum Vondra, Vice President Tristan Larson, President Noah Limbach, Ryan Woitalewicz, and Maria Garcia Quintana will serve as the student body’s executive branch from March 2021 to March 2022.
