Rob’s Recipes- Salad with Ginger Dressing

The premiere episode of Rob’s Recipes, featuring The Antelope’s faculty advisor Rob Breeding sharing accessible, easy to prepare, delicious recipes.

To follow along to make Rob’s Ginger Dressing, you’ll need:

  • 40g ginger (2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25ml soy sauce (2 Tbsp.)
  • 4g dijon mustard (a squeeze or ½ tbsp.)
  • 53ml rice vinegar (1/4 cup)
  • 76ml avocado oil (1/3 cup)

For the salad, you’ll want to have some arugula and, if you want to add meat, Rob recommends having some shredded chicken on hand. Enjoy!
