UNK removes early move-in option for fall semester

UNK is returning its fall move-in process to normal after it expanded its safety measurements and move-in period last fall to ease the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The change was welcomed this fall, when it allowed some students to experience campus before the semester started.

Journalism maintains democracy, changes the world

I often think of a quote by Andrew Vachss that says “Journalism is what maintains democracy. It’s the force of progressive social change.” I have been involved in journalism for quite a few years, but out of all the positions I have worked under, none of them were as interesting as working as a reporter.
