To follow along to make Rob’s Ginger Dressing, you’ll need:
- 40g ginger (2 Tbsp.)
- 1 clove garlic
- 25ml soy sauce (2 Tbsp.)
- 4g dijon mustard (a squeeze or ½ tbsp.)
- 53ml rice vinegar (1/4 cup)
- 76ml avocado oil (1/3 cup)
For the salad, you’ll want to have some arugula and, if you want to add meat, Rob recommends having some shredded chicken on hand. Enjoy!
