I ordered the Personal Birria Pizza. It comes with four slices made like a quesadilla with birria meat stuffed inside. For the sides, it comes with three different salsas – lime, cilantro and onion. It’s also paired with consommé, which is birria broth that you dip the pizza in. Dipping the tacos into the consommé elevates the meal to another level, infusing every bite with an extra layer of flavor.
I only waited about 10 minutes for my food to come out, and it was fresh and hot. It was toward the end of their business day, and I was expecting to wait 20 to 30 minutes considering there were about five other people there.
The minute I bit into my slice, the flavors melted in my mouth. I had previously tried their food at their main location in Grand Island and the atmosphere there felt authentic.

Tacos Los Hermanos is located in Kearney from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday. I would not have noticed this food truck if I had not seen so many cars parked there this month. I give Tacos Los Hermanos five out of five Loper stars because of the friendly staff, reasonable prices and delicious meals. I will be coming back again to try out other dishes and drinks.
