Living life to the fullest means many things, like taking care of yourself and getting out of your comfort zone. Life is a journey that takes us through bumpy and smooth roads. There are many experiences everyone goes through, and it is up to us to build resilience, navigate life’s challenges and learn valuable lessons. I believe the failures we encounter are there to build us up and make us stronger. There are many components that make our lives enjoyable and fuller.
Exploring is a key component that helps us live life to the fullest. This means trying new things, whether they are big or small. It is about curiosity and opening up to the world around us. The little hobbies we decide to pick up or learn can lead to unexpected discoveries. Doing these small hobbies can transform your entire outlook on life. I still have a long way to go, but by taking these steps I can transform my perspective to become better. I am learning to take little steps that won’t scare me from experiencing new hobbies and activities.
When I hear elderly people tell me to live life to the fullest, I take it in and try to do things out of my comfort zone, like talking to someone new. It’s about making the most out of the time we have that waits for us. Life is a precious gift, and it is up to us to make it as fulfilling and joyful as possible. My mom always told me that life goes by fast and to always make the most of it, no matter where you are. As I get older, I get emotional and heartbroken when I see people pass away, and I wonder if they did things out of their comfort zone. It motivates me to do hobbies out of my comfort zone. Having a fulfilling life is not only satisfying but deeply rewarding.
Our mental health should be well taken care of, and as college students that can be challenging. Taking care of our bodies should be prioritized. Most college students struggle with mental health, causing us not to step out of our comfort zone. Prioritizing our mental health can significantly fulfill our lives and lead us to be able to enjoy them. What is fulfilling differs from person to person and that’s OK.
Like I mentioned before, fulfillment is different for everyone and should be treated like a long-term goal. I do believe our lives are gifts and we should try new experiences that come our way. A fulfilling life is about being present, passionate and practicing gratitude. I always tell my friends and family that it is not about the quantity of years but the quality of moments that one decides to make and that truly counts. I also believe that it is about cherishing relationships and pursuing passions.
