Dirty Honey, Joyous Wolf rock summer tour

The drums glimmered in the soft light, accenting the band’s logo of dripping lips on the front of the bass drum. This was Dirty Honey’s third time playing at the Bourbon Theatre in Lincoln, and they keep returning for a reason. The crowd erupted when they hit the first chord of “Gypsy,” and it was clear it would be a good show.
Dirty Honey is the only unsigned band to hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart.

Emerging band Dirty Honey to release new album

CASSIE BROWN April 21, 2021
American rock band Dirty Honey has been quick to win the hearts of many rock fans, and they are just getting started. Dirty Honey will release their self-titled debut album Friday.
Tied Up Dirty Honey

EDITOR’S CHOICE: best song of the week

April 7, 2021
I have always been a big fan of classic rock, so when I was first introduced to Dirty Honey, I was on board. Still a relatively new band, Dirty Honey captures that classic rock feeling while adding their own twist. That’s why the song of the week is “Tied Up.” The listener is pulled in at the first strum of the guitar, and the intro is followed by strong verses that blend into the catchy chorus. “Tied Up” also features a signature guitar solo that drives this rocker into the final chorus. The closing bars of “Tied Up” especially highlight the vocals, and the way it’s mixed certainly turned my head the first time I heard the studio version that was released last month. After listening to the singles, I can’t wait to see how the rest of the album sounds!
